Ringing it in right this year, starting with seeing Devotchka and Andrew Byrd at the Ogden last night with my dad and tonight with a whooooole bunch of booze and my family! :D

I hope everyone is enjoying their New Years eve, tonight!!! Make good resolutions that aren't hard to keep and don't forget to hug and tell your family that you love them...they may not be around next year for you to do that, so make sure they're good hugs and heart felt I love you's.

I know that's sappy but that's why I'm home, that's why I spent Christmas here and did the same last year and will until the day they die...I don't know when that'll be, so I'm going to make the most of all the time I have left with the both of them. My friends will be around for a long time, but my parents won't be here much longer...

I bought the newest 30 Seconds to Mars album today and have had it on repeat ever since I left the store. I've been waiting to hear the whole thing, and I couldn't have been happier. It's the first album that I've listened to all the way through without complaint. I think the last album I did that with was Orgy's album 'Candyass'.

I am a happy woman.
